Thomas McLaughlin

Thomas McLaughlin is a creative leader in the performing arts with over 15 years of experience in marketing, patron engagement, and customer relations. He’s worked with various arts organizations, big and small, across different disciplines. This season, he’s joining the Sacramento Ballet team as the Director of Development, after his time with Cincinnati Ballet and Austin Opera. McLaughlin has also been a long-time friend and supporter of Know Theatre of Cincinnati, where he recently served as President of its Board of Directors. Before that, he worked in communications at ArtsWave, the oldest and largest united arts funder in the country. Thomas is passionate about the arts, and he believes that shared experiences through performances and cultural events can bring our community together and encourage us to have meaningful conversations with each other.
